No, my particular pedantry was that I assume that it is still one train that goes up and down the line all day, so it should be "a class 710".

Ah, yes, it most likely is just the one unit.

But is it the same unit every day? If not, there are more than one 710 units on the line, just not at the same time!

But then again, if this thread started on the first day of them running then it would be singular then, but may well be plural now!

OK, that's enough pedantry on my part for one post.

Update its been running for the past 3 days as a 710 cant tell if its the same unit as its unit number is too far way to see
