Has anyone heard from Nick Gardner as I am a little concerned...

We haven't seen him since R5 of the R15 and he didn't attend R6 on 21st April or Z1 day on 1st June but more worryingly he hasn't done a parkrun since 7th April.... :o

I'm here and I'm generally OK, but I suffered a tendinopathy injury in my right hip.

Have had some physio sessions with recovery exercises to do. I can walk fine, but I'm not yet allowed to run. Standing for a long time can be painful. Sadly, I'm not sure when I might be back to tube challenging and parkrunning.

Musculoskeletal injuries are the biggest test of patience, aren't they. Best of luck in the recovery, and don't push yourself too hard.

For the record I haven't been around much because my hip issues came back. Luckily was already scheduled for an arthroscopy surgery to deal with the joint defect, so I'm homebound doing my own set of physio.
