Re: Eurovision Song Contest 2017
So after the first semi the scores are:
Tubeguru 16 pts
Soup Dragon 16 pts
Tube Geek 12 pts
My predicted winner, Finland, is out (shows how much I know), so no chance of bonus points for me!

I got seven out of ten right. I'll reveal how I chose them once the final line-up is decided.

I think that it will either be Portugal or Italy, so either way it will be non-Englishcrypto wrote:It just occurred to me that if they did win, it would be the first non-English (and first native) language win since Serbia (Moltiva by Marija Šerifović) ten years ago.Soup Dragon wrote:Italy is hot favourite

We won't embarrass ourselves this year! I predict at least 100 points from the juries for the UK, I'm just not sure that Lucy will get the public vote.A Challenge wrote:Can we leave the EBU and the EU to save us from the Eurovision enbaresament as out the EU we'll so no good!

I mean, if Russia can annex a whole region of Ukraine and come second still, I don't see how we always have to do badly. Maybe we could notice that whenever we send a good song, we tend to do ok.

My predictions are based on the overall betting odds for each song.
On that basis my prediction for last place is Spain.
