2 minutes silent for the dead of wars at 11:00, anyone who doesn't say why they couldn't, please!

We had our rememberance concert yesterday, and it was, according to our school bandmaster, the best concert he's had at the school, though that was to former students now in their second year of college, so he might be just making a point that although the last two years of end of years have been very bad for the band, but with loads of new clarinets and having (different) a new Bass Clarinet and Tenor Saxophone and getting another Tuba (Year 7) to compensate for losing any Trombones!

Anyway, we did a two minutes silence then as well, though it supposed to be at any particular time, unlike the bell today at school, two minutes apart minus the first bell ring, when the teacher may be talking, the class doing a practical (I have Chemistry) or watching a video!

Could you explain why you are demanding that people give you a valid reason why they didn't observe two-minutes' silence? Who made you the silence police?

I wanted to know why people didn't observe the silence if they didn't, as a project.

You said that they need to though, which patently obviously they don't.

Would it not have been more accurate to say that you would like them to?
