I'd be more concerned if you couldn't see the railway from your office.tubeguru wrote:What are you talking about? It's a fact.palkanetoijala31 wrote:Hang on tubeguru that's going beyond sarcasmtubeguru wrote:My office does the same thing.

I work on top of a railway. Or at least I would if Dr. Beeching hadn't taken it.

I live on top of a railway, if we're doing this.
All London buses: 23 hours 25 minutes (with Adham, David, Josh and Tangy)
Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.

Yes, overlooks Vastern Road railway bridge (East end of Reading station). Unfortunately I only have a very narrow gap to peer through - little more than one carriage length!Tube Geek wrote:Wait - your office window looks out onto train tracks? Lucky!
It came through again on Tuesday - unfortunately I didn't spot it quite soon enough as Tornado was on the front!

I live 500 feet from (and a little bit above) a railway line, and I drive trains on it too. You can see the steam coming up through the trees when a special goes through.

God knows, I've forgotten, I just did a Realtime Trains search for Ashford International to London Victoria and looked for any trains that seemed out of the ordinary!A Challenge wrote:What service is it?
