Am I the only one who is never sure if they mean Guinness World Record(s) or Great Western Railway when people say GWR? I loved it when they were First Great Western, as they were FGW and there was no confusion. Now, though. AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!

Re: GWR
USUALLY. Sometimes, it doesn't. For example, ''I went to GWR HQ today''. Is it the railway company's head quarters, or where Guinness World Records are based?

Re: GWR
If somebody came out of the blue and said that to me, my reaction would probably be "what the hell are they talking about?" as opposed to "ooh, I wonder if they mean Gunness World Records or Great Western Railway?". Again, the context of the conversation should give that away.
