What is a "sockpuppet"?

Sockpuptter is someone that creates false logins to edit Wiki entries. He is the person who shot down the Tube Challenge wikipedia page, and it had to be built back slowly to what it is now (not far different from what it was before he wiped it).

Andi dislikes him, as you'll have seen! I'm surprised Neil hasn't locked this thread yet, he did the last one.
