You could get a running buggy...

That helps one of the issues!

Thanks for the reminder, I often forget to check that.... I will take a look at all the age categories to see if anyone else needs changing.

I do like the 'since resumption' sheet that scrxisi has now added to the stats. At least you can now aim for a new PB....! :D

How many people think that they will never beat their current PB? :?:
Iain has the toughest job with a PB over 15 years old now!
Personally I think I might be able to still get sub 19 minutes, but time is running out, I reckon that I've only got a couple of years left to try and improve. :|

Absolutely zero chance - my realistic aim is to get below 35 mins and that is on a flat / easy course.
Talking of which what do you know about Queen Elizabeth this coming week? I have heard it's very tough :?

According to Run Britain it ranks at #655 out of 692 UK parkruns in terms of difficulty!
In recent weeks I've done....
#669 Itchen Valley Country
#675 Lullingstone
#686 Squerryes Winery
So I'm looking forward to something a bit easier
Joking aside I don't think Itchen and Squerryes are that bad in the summer, they earn the difficulty for muddiness in the winter months.

What's #692, the worst?

I've run the third-hardest Parkrun seven times (Mount Edgcumbe).

The hardest, according to Run Britain is Flatts Lane.

I think I stand a good chance, during the break I majorly increased my running (to the point where a non-parkrun run has to be at least 10k, else I wonder why I bothered going out) on top of daily walking/cycling routines, so I feel I can pick up where I left off.

Me, although who knows how close I can get to it when I take up running again?
