Weekly Update 21/12/19

9 Runners this week and no new courses

Just two PB's to report this week,
starting with jamesthegill who set a new PB of 25:37 at Lancing Beach Green, finishing in 12th place, also a PB.
Soup Dragon (who?) set a new PB of 19:28 at Worthing. I can't tell you how amazed I was to get under the 19:30 barrier.

In course wars:
Ally Pally - Andi moves into GOLD, so xcooler drop to SILVER and tractakid to BRONZE, scrxisi loses a medal
Ifield Mill Pond - Geofftech take SILVER so GU slips to BRONZE and Iain loses his medal.
