To get on the list at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/results/mostevents/ you have to have run in at least 20 different parkrun locations.
Yeah, I re-read it a minute or so ago, and realised I'd mis-read SD's post. :)

I went to Ifield Mill Pond, with the intention of raising my Wilson index to 4, but unknowingly raised it to 6!

It's just over two laps of an out and back with an odd loop off to the side, and all on tarmac, with very little incline. The start was a wee bit narrow leading to the first fifty yards being a bit busy, but overall a lovely run with great scenery.

If anyone's going by train, I reckon it may be marginally quicker to head west out of the station and walk into the park at the far end of the out and back via "The Hollows"

I went to a new course Stroud very slippery and on first assent of hill felt my Achilles tendon go not wanting to injure myself stopped and walked. It's a nice course though all the others in area are flat so it gives runners a challenge seeing as I walked I decided to get down to that final second I now need 16.

On the plus side Mr sinton hewitt is now level with me on differant events

I found out this week that I have a lower barcode number than PSH himself :D

Athlete numbers weren't allocated from the start and when they eventually did for the first couple of thousand people, they were allocated in alphabetical order.

Izzy and I were at Clapham Common today to quietly bring up the Half Cowell. It was a nice gentle jog around multiply niggles making running a little uncomfortable at the moment.

Back in prison this morning. Didn't even get to hold my lowest ever finish token- all tokens remained firmly attached to the string and were just scanned in order!

Where u heading to London nozza I headed to your neck of woods with Tamar trails to be honest the course ain't that bad until u get to the last hill which I got half way then fast walked only one person puffing and panting away behind me got in front. But my best Sprint finish in a long time. Although hampered by injuries from last week didn't feel I could go all out.

Go to Jail, go directly to Jail...!
I'm intrigued how you get to do one of the closed prison parkruns? You're 2nd visit there and a new CB.
