Knocked 41 seconds off my PB earlier today, and my wife wasn't even volunteering at the course for me to show off to!

Was off sick from work yesterday, but I was hoping to get to parkrun this morning. I woke up and decided it wasn't the best idea. Sad to miss the 15th birthday, but I think it was a wise move

Only good news was that Bushy didn't beat their own record - which I thought they might - so pleased to be at Bedfont in the end

The good thing is that Mr sinton hewitt was there which means he repeated only one ahead now. I went to pomphrey hill and boy is that a slippery hill three times hardly any traction but enjoyed the course if not the slow runners in front who hampered my time by a minute

I enjoyed a fantastic midweek parkrun in Germany at Neckarufer, Esslingen. The Wasserhaus bridge was a brilliant, unique course future and the event director was so kind as to give all the tourists there guided tour of Esslingen in the afternoon. It's a wonderful old town.

On Saturday, a much overdue revisit to Rushmere with lots of friends but sadly no CrunchySaviour this week.

Slightly longer than a Parkrun, but did anyone enter the London marathon ballot? Anyone get in?

I applied, and got rejected, probably for the best

I've never done a marathon but might apply to do Brighton next year.
I enjoyed the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday and was very happy with my time 1h 33m 24s
I'm not sure even I'm ready for a full Marathon yet, I'd need to step up the training for sure!
Good to see you parkrunning regularly now Sam, hope that you are enjoying your running? :D

Good luck. That’s a brilliant time for a half!

I am trying to Parkrun a bit more, might have to give Saturday a miss as I’m feeling really unwell today, will see how I am nearer the time.

Have signed up for a 10k at the end of November so would like to get a bit quicker.

Is there a particular reason as to why not everyone is on this list? (Me, for example)

To get on the list at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/results/mostevents/ you have to have run in at least 20 different parkrun locations.
