Nice get together with a few others from the forum at Victoria Dock, with some more joining us at 'spoons afterwards. Probably the poshest one I've been in, except perhaps the Liverpool Street one.

My running comeback continues, walking 30% of the distance, but still getting under 32 minutes. Looks like I may bit have lost too much fitness as even on a hot day I might well have gone sub 30 if I'd been running it all, which I'm working towards.

Well done iain about 30 cow cowls on route and 6 tube challengers was my first to arrive on cable car seriously scared as it was the last thing to do on my zones 1 to 9 stations next challenge is photographing all bus stops.

I was extremely happy haven't had a time that fast 19m 58s for a long while hot weather obviously helps my muscles the run in could have been improved on.

After being evacuated off a burning train at Deganwy, I strolled down to Conwy parkrun and set a new PB!

Andi and I were at Beckton today - very friendly bunch, and a nice two lapper. Weirdly a few seconds slower than last week in spite of running more and the temperature being better.

Knocked 90 seconds off my previous PB yesterday! The combination of post-marathon freedom and wanting to beat a Swindon fan really helped.

I'm not in the league, but after a lot of pestering I did finally set a slightly damp time last weekend at Letchworth of 00:41:44.

40th parkrun done - slightly slower on what's quite a twisty, hilly course. Nothing too steep but quite a long drag, and closer to three laps then two and a bit. Great run though. No closer to Londone, as yet another one has started at Dartford Heath.

Volunteering at Nonsuch jp tomorrow :D

Curses to that Dartford Heath start date, another inaugural I can't make as heading to Lincoln to cheer Exeter in the playoffs...
