I'm rather surprised you were still looking out for me! I'm intending to make it a more regular thing.

All lines: 46:11 (6th equal)

Run #117 tomorrow back at Penrose but more importantly first run in my 100 shirt which arrived today.
26 miles 385yards in 4h 14m 40s.

GU posts his third time of 32:35. Is that the most anyone has of the same time? Can't be bothered to look. And a PB for xcooler123 puts him ahead of tractakid.

Yes I was visiting a friend in London who happens to live next to Southwark Park so I really didn't have an excuse... Also, a PB despite not running since my Shrewsbury Parkrun and not exactly eating like an angel either... go figure... :lol: :lol:

I was attending with a group of single parkrunners bit of a drive but worth it there are three more in that area I like go to.I
Only tube challenger to be number 1 in parkrun

I have three times of 29:07, two of which were in successive runs.
