Haha I was running with my youngest daughter forgot to mention the word mount was significant.tubeguru wrote: ↑21 Aug 2017, 09:47 Update time: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing
A PB for crypto puts him above me (booooo), and GU runs the best-named course of the day. Also, Nozza and Damian ran the course nearest to my house, and Nozza came within a second of his worst time. He just scraped inside it. I can only assume tractakid was tail-running, and that the last person was very slow ...
I plan to return to Mount Edgecombe to see what I can do running on my own.

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Managed to get out for a parkrun this morning in my hometown of Shrewsbury. Nice course and we had beautiful weather. Although I was 2 mins slower than my PB but that's probably down to not running for the last 4-5 weeks...

Re: Tube Challenge parkrun league...
Enjoyed Winchester. Thought I'd have to parkrun in Vans as I left my running shoes behind yesterday. A fellow tourist heard my misdemeanor and, amazingly had a spare pair that were just my size! So I ran in some garish orange running shoes
There were several tourists there and it was lovely to stop and chat in the cafe afterwards.
Sorry I didn't make it to Bournemouth for the darts but I had to get back to MK by afternoon.

it's been coming running strong just had to find that flat course tarmac and not many people at start to hold me up I seem to like out and back courses. I'm also running marathon tomorrow so needed to test my speed and fitness.

A hugely emotional morning at Linford Wood as we paid homage to my Mum, a core part of the Linford Wood parkrun community, who died of cancer aged 54 on Tuesday.
Hugely grateful for those that made it in support- CrunchySaviour, A2 and scrxisi.
