Gone sub 33mins for 1st time at Bedfont Lakes today, 32:19 taking just under a minute of my best their in 18 runs and only 3 seconds outside overall parkrun PB

Did 22:21 at Bushy Park today, 5 seconds off my PB which was set almost 2 years ago now
I need to get back into running

Womble common was good for me with a new PB of 26.42 I took over cheering while Andi chef'ed
