From a guy who hadn't even done a parkrun 5 years ago badgered by chilcraft constantly. To the leader of the tube challengers on the most events board! Now next targets are regionnaire status south west then south east and londone. A 3 pronged attack on it.

Yesterday for me was crystal Palace ticked off another London one with Mr iain mc naughton. A pleasant parkrun one lapper twice in two weeks because its slightly hilly had to make do with 21 min time instead of 20 but its good training for two half marathons coming up. And in the most events now a gabble of people to overtake and pass ahead.

Yep start was busy, couldn't get going properly for the first couple of minutes. Nice run though and they've changed the course from the website so you only do the climb once, which means it's all done in the first mile

I presume that Neil has got fed up with updating this? For the record today I was at moles Valley with a borrowed dog my time was irrelevant as walked the first bit around the field then picked up the pace hills are runnable and proper downhill too.

Harrow today for me where I met up with the Raven. A nice run but two not too steep but fairly long hills, each of which you do three times. The start was a bit messy as they didn't allow much time to get from the briefing to the start point, so I got no time to position myself and just had to join in at the back and work hard to move up. Still - the running comeback continues (about 50% run walk today)

Finally back on the the parkrun horse. The inaugural Hartlands parkrun at Camborne. A nice 3 3/4 lap run, ran with Izzy in a gentle 32mins.
