Maybe the spreadsheet needs a PW column ... my first Parkrun in 12 weeks today, and I did 26:44. Not helped by me dropping my phone out of my pocket at the start and having to fight back through the advancing hoards to get it. That's the first time I've ever gone the "wrong way" at the start!

I've done 12.5k in the last two days, so a day off for me tomorrow.

If you did you would want to exclude tail running duties, wouldn't you?

Interesting point - I'd have to ask people what their non-tail-running PW was. I don't think too many people have done tail runner, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Well, I have several 'worst time' categories.

1) Default time (stopwatch failure at Burgess) 59:59
2) Hobbling time (Injured at Worcester) 46:40
3) Tail Runner time (At MK) 45:32
4) Actually trying, first ever parkrun time (Also MK) 44:54

My non tail-running PW was 42:01 at Cranleigh when I was ill and shouldn't have run in the pouring rain which made me seriously ill and having to take 3 weeks off..
That aside it would be 37:08 at Lanhydrock
I have to discount my first ever run at Bedfont in a time of 38:08 as I went to the wrong car park and started about 2 mins behind everyone...

BTW that was my 150th completion today 8)

My own PW was when I ran with a slower friend. Did about 35 minutes or so.

Spreadsheet done. I'll work on a PW column at some point.

One hundred and fifty runs for GU, and Andi went to Poland, as you do.

Any particular reason why Mile End? I'll be at Pymmes if you fancy it for a 250th run celebration (not mine!)

According to RFF that gives you the following predicted running times:

5K - 31:14
One mile - 8:59

For comparison, my times (43-year-old man) based on today's run:

Best 5K effort- 24:37 (according to Strava's data from my run)
Best one mile time from today's 5K run - 7:49

Room for improvement. :)

Is it an official junior parkrun? If so, where?
