Quite certain, as the map on the floor there shows stations further out than those used on the London Game's gameboard.

Many people think the game of Mornington Crescent was based on the Underground map, when of course, the Underground system was built based on the game of Mornington Crescent.

That does explain why the rules keep changing as more stations are added. I remember the furore when Wood Lane opened, and we all had to rebalance our Mile-End-weighted-diagonal algorithms to remain competitive.
