I'd spend more time looking at the map and planning routes than reading!

I've been using tube maps as bookmarks for years and years.

They wouldn't - they're too shiny, so the paste wouldn't absorb into them as well as with conventional wallpaper.

I have a February 2006 one blown up onto A1 which works very well as a wallpaper, although it's more like a poster.

Wallpaper needs to be porous, so it can absorb the paste. If you were to put wallpaper paster onto a glossy poster and stick it to the wall, it would take ages to dry, and would eventually start peeling.

Wallpaper advice there.

I would say that reflects badly on the mirror, but I won't!
