A stinking hot one today - no PB but a time of 29:51 which two months ago I would've been overjoyed with! Next run is in two weeks - has anyone done Wormwood Scrubs before?
With agreement from iain we might join you make it a tube challenge trio.?

It's very boring, 2 x laps of sports field - did it with Nozza a few years back... That said I have no plans for 2 weeks from now so may be more than a tube challenge trio :P

Contemplating Bedfont on the 23rd now, if anyone fancies coming along? Thanks for the heads up btw, Kev!

Why don't we make this a little interesting seeing as there are going to be 6 tube challengers split into 2 groups of 3. And far apart a brown on each side why not don't we add up the times done winning team gets the plaudits.

Nice trip to Wanstead flats this morning - half sports field, half wood/forest trail. Flat but fairly uneven underfoot, so I was pleased with 31 minutes dead. A short walk from Leytonstone High Road. Toilets, somewhere to leave bags indoors, and tea and coffee available. Or if you fancy breakfast then a Spoons nearby
