Another PB, only a course one this time, but I took four minutes off my previous time at Preston Park! Hopefully I can have a similar improvement at the Escheresque hilltop course at Bevendean next week.

Lovely friendly run at Walthamstow/Highams Park today. A really bad run for me as I was two and a half minutes slower than last week for no obvious reason. Not the most entertaining of courses but a lovely bunch of people

Echo the thought about Walthamstow not as bad as Geoff write up about is OK yes it's a boring course. But I have run worse notable timing issues even brought up by organisers themselves but eh they gave me a second on bingo times how are others doing on that I only have 5 left out of the 60.

Yes a lovely park - sat on a bench by the lake while I waited for Andi and cheered on the other runners. A narrow start but they had pacers so hopefully people lined up in a helpful order. I'm hoping to get back sub 30 for my 50th run in five weeks

A stinking hot one today - no PB but a time of 29:51 which two months ago I would've been overjoyed with! Next run is in two weeks - has anyone done Wormwood Scrubs before?
