All updated. Al did indeed get his sixth PB in a row from a standing start. How far can he go before he goes slower? Cypto also moves up a couple of places with a PB which puts him into the crowded 24-to-25-minute mark.

As it happens, I'm not likely to be there on 1st April either, but I'll have to do it somewhen to get Hampshire done.

No date for it yet, but Peacehaven's going to have a parkrun soon as well.

Update is done.

A PB for Geoff, who goes below 25 minutes, and al is STILL going faster each time he runs. Where will it end? That's seven PBs in a row from a standing start now. Geoff is ahead of crypto in the list because he has a higher AG%.

Nozza and GU got course bests, and Nozza did his 100th run.

Thanks Neil, i did wonder who would get the nod between me and Crypto! (Crypto, who are you anyway? I have no idea...)

My aim now is to get a 24:30, I'd be happy with that and catch up with Mr Xcooler123! It's nice to think that in over six years I've been doing parkruns (and had two injuries along the way) it shows you can come back, get fit, and improve your times.

And getting a Sub-25 was always my aim for ... well, so long now, it's rather nice to do it.

If anyone wants some tips on how to get faster even though you might be getting old, feel free to ask! (Al? you need to sub-30!) (Congrats Nozza. i will be a Penrose first half of May)

We haven't met, so that'll be why. Also, I'm a dirty non-Londoner, so I've only made it as far as Banbury parkrun.

Rutland Water is a beaut. Also, lovely and flat, and today, not too windy.

York is super flat .. it's the path that runs alongside the racecouse. However being April 1st, everyone lined up at the start .. and then the organisers told us they wanted to "move us" .. 500m down the path where they made everyone (600 people) turn around and run the course in reverse. It was a ridiculous, dis-organised mess, and we started 15 minutes late. Thanks (not) York ...

Fastest time of the year at Bedford and by sheer coincidence it was their 300th run, The Mayor was in attendance, several folk in fancy dress and was a record turn out... :P

Gotta say I love this course, flat all tarmac and shaded...... This could well be my favourite parkrun course yet and would love it as my local :D

Another PB for al - eight in a row now, and he's about to move up another position at this rate.

A question for The Raven, what happened at Whiteley? I would have had a chance to finish ahead of you for the first time ever!
