Why is this site based in Germany, anyway, as a question for you admins? (I notice, however, it is registered a location in Portsmouth, which sounds more right.

I imagine it's because that's where the server that hosts it lives.

My GCSE Computing J276/01 Networking section, on WWW, HTTP, HTTPS etc., and I looked up for many different sites, including some other sites I use.
