I think it's 60, I haven't actually counted the stations on the list.

I'm hoping for Aldgate/Aldgate East - they are the ones that make a mess of everyone's routes I think :)

Yes, Neil will be drawing the starting station now.

Is there an official contact mobile number in case of lateness / ineptly being unable to find the pub?

My housemate suggests that we do a sweepstake on the starting station. He suggests Great Portland Street.

He also suggests trying not to lose The Game on the way around...

Funny I have a feeling that Marble Arch may come out or something equally as nasty like St Pauls...... :?

Your fate rests in my right hand.

(Or how much money you pay me to fix it :))

Believe me, owning the Way Out tube map is more a hindrance than a help ...

My marked-up copy of the WOTM is definitely a help :). You just have to know what the limitations (and occasionally bonkersness) are.

Althought once again I shall be starting my day in London by checking where the passage from the Picadilly to the Northern line is again...

On an entirely different subject, suppose my route ends at Regent's Park -- when do I stop my timer (Oxford Circus? [or Baker Street, of course])

Very front of the train westbound and last carriage eastbound.

I assume you meant at King's Cross there ...

Yes, I get horribly lost in it because it's my "home station" so I never change trains there (coming into London from Cambridge that is)

Unfortunately a Regents Park finish will not be possible this year so it would have to be Oxford Circus or Baker Street.....
