As long as you don't need to get out at every station to take a photo of the entrance, I'd be up for this one.

Would we all end up doing pretty much the same route though?

ooh, as separate words in the name, e.g. Green Park, or anywhere in the name e.g. Blackhorse Road?

Funnily enough I was only thinking of a 'Colour' challenge the other day - hadn't realised it had already been invented!

I guess really it ought to be done on the Queen's Official Birthday....

The 'Hills' challenge is a subset of another alternative challenge I had been inventing - the Sporting Challenge (all stations which contain names of well-known sports teams, competitors or venues) - so the Hill stations represent three Formula One World Champions (Graham, Phil and Damon) and one famous footballer (Jimmy Hill)!

Other Tube stations in the challenge would include

Football:

WATFORD (as in Watford FC)
ARSENAL
HIGHBURY & Islington
GUNNERSbury
FULHAM Broadway
TOTTENHAM Hale
WEMBLEY Park
North WEMBLEY
WEMBLEY Central
QUEENSbury (Tennis venue, plus Bury FC!)
KingsBURY (Bury FC)
ELM PARK (Old Reading FC ground)
UPTON PARK
WEST HAM
OVAL
WIMBLEDON (FC and Tennis)
WIMBLEDON Park
South WIMBLEDON
(Phil) TUFNELL Park
(Derek) WARWICK Avenue
STRATFORD (2012 Olympics)
EARL'S COURT (2012 Olympic Venue)
HYDE PARK corner (2012 Olympic Venue)
WHITE CITY (1908 Olympics)
LIVERPOOL Street
PRESTON Road
(Roger) BLACK horse Road

And I'm sure many more - in fact it might almost be easier to do a FNC!

An idea I had, which I don't think I've ever mentioned on the forum, is "Tube challenge by borough".
Visit at least one tube station in all 26 of the 32 London boroughs that have them, plus the City of London.
Some stations are close to the boundary between boroughs and I believe some have entrances in more than one borough - For instance, Chancery Lane in the City and in Camden. To allocate one borough to each station, I eventually found a TfL source, https://tfl.gov.uk/cdn/static/cms/docum ... gures.xlsx

The six boroughs without tube stations are Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Kingston, Lewisham and Sutton. Bromley, Croydon and Lewisham are served by Overground and/or DLR, so they could also be included on a wider "Tube Map" challenge, if it's not hard enough! They all have NR stations.
Two boroughs each only have one tube station, so they must be visited. At the other extreme, Westminster has 32 so there are plenty of route planning options.
Come to think of it, just visiting all 32 stations in Westminster could be a good challenge.

For a trivia question, after Westminster's 32, which borough has the next most? The answer may surprise you!
