That looks like fun. One quibble - why didn't change at Blackhorse Road instead of Walthamstow Central?

To use the OSI between Walthamstow Central on the Victoria line and Walthamstow Queen's Road on the Overground.

No, as Blackhorse Road only has one set of barriers for both modes, you can change between the Victoria Line and GOBLIN without passing through the barriers.
