Those were the closures listed on the TfL website when the initial post was made but seems it has changed and the District main line is now unaffected. It is all do with the sub surface re-signalling programme.

Looks like we have lost a fair part of H & C and Met as well....Might be an idea to leave the generated stations until as late as poss :!:

Do the Moorgate terminators from the East use a rare crossover then?

Judging on previous experience, it is an out of service shunt via the crossover at the west end of the platforms (no rare track for passengers). Although this engineering work is likely to do with the new SSL signalling works so trains may just continue west empty as test trains through the affected section.

That is a big difference. Previously we expected no Circle/District service at stations from Tower Hill to Earls Court. Now it's no Circle/H&C service between Moorgate and Hammersmith. It does bring back my comment that I had to strike through...

If East Putney comes out, I presume you can only tick it off by heading out of zone 2, towards Southfields. You could get there by taking the District as far as Putney Bridge, then running/walking over the Thames alongside the railway to East Putney.

I think we are still missing the Met closure from the OP - No service Wembley Park  Aldgate..
Looks like whole top of Circle / H & C / Met is out?

I guess that means I'll have to pick up another London Connections map from the station, and redo all my annotations showing engineering works and river crossings!

Still, having the District available will simplify the challenge by bringing the stations along the north bank into play.

I seem to have found myself on a train to London, with a map that looks like there is engineering work on the Thames :? I may as well add my name to the list then:
