Can I ask why this 10 to 11 start again no chance of getting a brekkie I might as well just start after parkrun. This happened last year I said 11am was too early how about 10 to 12

Stop moaning  it's a long enough challenge and personally I would rather have a longer get together in the evening and if you do Finsbury Park parkrun that should give you ages for brekkie - If not just grab some food to eat on the way round...

As with the R15 you can do whatever parkrun you like - I have done Finsbury already and Grovelands is also all tarmac and close enough being at Southgate...

Start your watch + take external picture of Finsbury Park Station - No re-starts allowed
You MUST depart from Finsbury Park on LU this is nominated starting Station
Visit every Park station by LU and externally photograph every Park station
Stop the watch when you have external photo of your last visited Park station OR if arriving at that station by foot/road/bus then you must depart from that station and stop the watch at the next station down the line

Cheers for that - I think the shenanigans at Tufnell last year confused me.

I may do Rickmansworth

That's ok with u people who want to stay after us non Londoners don't have the choice. I missed official start time last year because of time and getting a breakfast to go down in that hour just limits ur start strategy's I see it says Lu so I cannot depart on rail national

Is this true? I know it was an exceptional set of circumstances, but the Tufnell Park challenge start simply required a photo of the exterior and a subsequent pass through. If the argument is going to be made that it was closed, then the counter-question is why was it chosen as a start station then?! Also, since the watch starts upon taking the first photo, I'm not sure what relevance the mode of departure has, as long as it is subsequently visited by LU?

Would be good to have some clarification or debate on this one.

I think Tufnell Park was chosen precisely because it was closed and therefore it was judged to be easier to start there, take the photo and travel on bus/by foot to an adjacent station once, rather than have to do a two-way trip for the photo.

That's the opposite of what you said last year! IMO as long as you have taken a photo of every station, and visited every station by LU there is no reason why those two things have to be done at the same time.
Yes you must take a photo of the start station (Stonebridge Park) synchronised with starting your watch
You do NOT have to depart from Stonebridge Park and can pass through later
No problem to take photo at 10:59:59 and go do whatever you like for the rest of the day
