Having rechecked my shift schedule I'm afraid I'm going to have to withdraw my tentative entry for this year's Z1 cup, as I'm starting a run of nights that evening.

It's a shame, I think I'd be able to give a good account of myself this year now that I can actually run properly!

Post Challenge meet up pub update:

The William IV is due to reopen tomorrow but having had a peek through the windows today revealed the dartboard is no longer there and pool tables put in the area where the oche was.

Therefore I have provisionally booked us tables at The Lord Palmerston, Walthamstow which is near both Walthamstow Central (routes W11/W15) or Blackhorse Road stations (route 123).

This pub is at 252-254 Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 5JN (corner of Palmerston Road).

It might be a good idea to change the event close down each year.

Am I right in thinking this is the 14th Zone 1 day - Started in 2005? and does anyone have a list of all the starting stations drawn so far?
