London Overground Challenge
Hi there,
Having completed the Tube Challenge on a number of occasions now, I am going to try and tackle the London Overground Challenge. Slightly easier I think, and less time consuming.
Just wondering, does anyone have any tips and advice on the best places to start and finish, and any other tips for interchanges? As before, I am not going for record time, just to get my name on the board as it were!
Nick

Re: London Overground Challenge
Definitely start or finish at Watford Junction, and the Hackney Central/Downs connection often helps. Also, start/finish on Rominster branch. This is about the only challenge I don't have a full route for!

Thanks for the tips guys! How long do you imagine it will take? I was thinking around 14-15 hours for a novice.

For a novice, probably not loads less than a FNC, as the Lea Valley Lines take a while

I know the early morning departure is 0619, and the late ones are gone 11pm, but not sure of exact timings

Thanks guys...
I presume the best Travelcard to buy will be the Zones 1-9 + Watford Junction?
Am thinking of starting the challenge at Battersea Park on the 06.18 to get it out of the way early on.

Re: London Overground Challenge
Bear in mind you won't be able to do this for a while, as the GOBLIN is closed for 8 months, so (unless you used the bus service) you can't do it.
