No, but I hardly ever go to London, and when I do my parents always make us go somewhere. I'm probably going to fo the FNC for my birthday in June, though.

For a bit of forward planning, I'd like to point out that, at the end of the Tube Olympics, the Olympic Park will be busy.

Friday 22nd (day of the FNC) and Saturday 23rd July (day of the R15) will see the "Anniversary Games" Diamond League athletics meeting at the Olympic Stadium. It will be in the evening of Friday 22nd and the afternoon of Saturday 23rd. Many big stars like Mo and Usain will be appearing, so expect the Stadium to be full and Stratford station to be busy. Something to bear in mind for the FNC on the Friday perhaps. I can't find exact times yet but, based on usual Diamond League practice, I'd expected the events to start at around 7pm and end at around 10pm.

Because I will be attending the athletics, I won't be competing in the Tube Olympics. However I do plan to be in London all day on Friday, so I may be available for support / encouragement / live social media updates on the day. Otherwise, I'll probably be on my Labyrinth challenge.

When can we expect a topic thread for event 1 the all lines scheduled for 5th July?

And will rules / meet up be the same as 2012 (below) ?

"Rules for event 1 are as follows:

1. The challenge will commence at 18:00. (you may not start any earlier than this)
2. You can start at whatever station you like. (there will be no formal meeting point beforehand)
3. You will have 2.5 hours to make/start as many attempts as you like.
4. Your final attempt must have commenced before 20:30.
5. You can abort and restart as many times as you like.
6. You must use all 11 Underground lines to constitute an attempt, i.e. You can't ride 3 stations on the Met line and claim Met, Circle and H&C.
7. You only need to register the best time you have achieved.
8. Once you have completed your final attempt head to the Horse & Groom to hand in your time.
9. Please make sure to set your watch to BST to ensure all competitors are running to the same time."

Good point, I seem to have forgotten the Games start in under two weeks!

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

Also is possible to have a start meet up or time for the zone 1 event only because ac films will be filming this challenge as part of their film.

Hello!

I am a new challenger who has been lurking here for a little while. I am under-18 as well, so I don't know if I can come to this Olympics (I can only come on the days of the Zone 1 and All Lines challenges, if at all). Would it be fine for me to come, even with my low age?

Thanks!
Zone 1 Challenge (Olympics 2016): 3:44:31.67 - we were very unlucky indeed!
South London Challenge (Summer 2016): 1:58:40 - going to try again soon!
All Lines Challenge (August 2016): 44:38 - happy with this ... For now!
