Looking like Pete, Andrew and Kev at Mile End if anyone else wants to join us.....
As Nozza + Jnr have already done this and cant make it this time we will save Dulwich for another day 8)

It's a good quick course use the bridge well and remember it's 2laps. I have PB'ed twice there so one of my favourite courses.

I'm up for it too. Will travel up early, aiming for train into Waterloo at 8:13. Happy to meet you there, but there's not much spare time for waiting around.

Also, please don't make me run the Bank connection. :)

At Mile End Parkrun there is a bridge you have to cross 4 times and is a 5 metre gain in height. So don't go mad on the ups but use the downhill off the bridge to make up time. Also start is quite narrow due to the out and back course so get up near the front if you want a good time.

I will be on the 0741 from Ashford gets to Waterloo for 0819 then I got a 1 min run for the drain! Should still be OK if I don't make that one though

I cant use train as I be too late getting up there but coach is fine I arrive Victoria 07:50 what time is your train going through Clapham junction KEVIN

Nobody told me there'd be hills! :shock: :D

That will actually be the biggest hill I've faced on a parkrun.

That's not a hill it just stops it being flat.

owing to the dreadful roadworks on the m3 last night im going to have to miss this one me thinks not 100% sure yet though will attend random 15 by rail if have too.
