I give you the Heathrow to London City Airport challenge, or London City to Heathrow
Quite simply you can start or arrive at any Heathrow Terminal station and the journey between airports MUST include at least one stop done all lines including the Overground

One stop or one leg?
I assume you mean you must travel between at least 2 stations on each line, otherwise a visit to Waterloo knocks off 4 lines.
