A slow running district line for Upminster and held Victoria line at Warren Street + 3 minute wair for a direct MHE and another 3 minute wait for Woodford via Hainault (Always on the alternative challenges :!:  ) meant that I racked up 41 points and combined with the quiz of 36 gave me 77.

I think this was only good enough for 4th spot although The TOSA has teaken all results home for re-checking as the scoring does get a little complex....

Well, my plan was pretty much executed to perfection.

Only got as far as doors closing at Bank, for a total of 47 points.

Decided that to have any chance at doing well at the quiz, I needed to team up, so thanks Glen+Hugo for providing a lot of correct answers! :D

The TOSA is now ready to announce the results of Event 3: The Nordic Combined having doubled checked the scoring by plotting the routes onto enlarged Tube maps.

There was 50 points available in the quiz (one point for each correct answer).

Therefore, in reverse order, the results are:

6th: Andrew Baker (36 points)- only did part two of the challenge.
5th: Nick Gardner (67 points)- 32 Tube points and 35 quiz points
4th: Kevin Brown (77 points)- 41 Tube points and 36 quiz points
3rd: Glen Bryant (79 Points)- 42 Tube points and 37 quiz points (BRONZE MEDAL)
2nd: Andrew Chilcraft (85 points)- 47 Tube points and 38 quiz points (SILVER MEDAL)
1st: The Orange One (86 points)- 49 Tube points and 37 quiz points (GOLD MEDAL)

Challengers, you may collect your medals at the Biathlon or Tramlink events, or at the next round of the Random 15 Championship. They will be held for you.

As for the TOSA, I was due to do part one of this event but due to work issues only got back home at 1830, so didn't even start!

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

Tangy, for the record, Tower Gateway has two platforms! So there is no DLR station with just one platform.

Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.

It used to have one (island) platform until they rebuilt it a few years ago. The station now uses the Spanish Solution.
