Heathrow connect is an open access operator and I was just getting clarification as tangy ruled out Eurostar finish in Paris due to it being an open access train operator ie non NR TOC.

Does anyone have a preference for the pre R15 Parkrun.

Heathrow Connect is a joint venture between FGW and BAA, therefore between Padd and Hayes, HC accepts the full range of National Rail tickets (including Travelcards/Oyster). It is only west/south of Hayes where trains diverge off down the Heathrow branch that the above tickets are not permitted and their own fares are charged.

Heathrow Connect, along with other open access operators (such as Grand Central and Hull Trains) are part of the National Rail TOC network. Therefore any of the above mentioned operators are perfectly valid moves.

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

I don't think he will be interested, but it would be nice if he did. See if he can put all of the knowledge gained from making Station Master to test!

Are you selecting manually?
With liason with the webmaster (Edgemaster) the random generator has been suitably modified with all the NR stations considered to be separate from their LU/DLR counterparts, this includes stations further out in Zone 3 too.

All the NR stations that have the same name as their LU counterpart will be suffixed with the network in which they refer to e.g. Brixton (NR) or Brixton (LU) to aid distinction between them. Just so there is absolutely no confusion as to which one to visit!

--All LU stations in zones 1-2 (all lines open)
--All Overground stations in zones 1-2 (all lines open)
--NR Stations counted as separate from the above: All London Terminals, Battersea Park, Bethnal Green, Brixton, Cambridge Heath, Clapton, City Thameslink, East Dulwich, Elephant & Castle, Finsbury Park, Greenwich, Hackney Downs, Herne Hill, Lewisham, Loughborough Junction, North Dulwich, Nunhead, Rectory Road, South Bermondsey, Stoke Newington, Vauxhall, Waterloo East, West Hampstead Thameslink.

Stations closed: Drayton Park, Essex Road, Fenchurch Street, Limehouse NR, Putney, Queenstown Road, Wandsworth Town.
I've just about got the hang of LU, DLR and LO, but I now need to study the NR map too!

Looking at said map, should Deptford and St. Johns be added to the list above?

Anyway, I'm in:

I have run this through the generator. I got Paddington (NR) (btw there's no Acton Main Line), Marylebone (NR), Clapton, North Dulwich and Clapham South.
All London buses: 23 hours 25 minutes (with Adham, David, Josh and Tangy)
Holds some alternative challenge records. Not sure which ones.

Well spotted, they are missing from the list. I must have overlooked these when compiling the aforementioned post from the London Connections Map. These two stations are already in the generator in any case.

I will amend the list now.

Marylebone NR would be a pain in the arse. Who fancies a Met Line trip back into town from Harrow-on-the-Hill?
