So if I have visited every station and just have the W&C left to visit, do I stop my watch on departure from Waterloo, or on arrival at Bank?

Are we going for a "fixed" start to welcome one of the new stations?

I think (i'm not certain) the number on the front of the train will tell you. Either that, or you have to hope for an in train announcement. It's one of the trickier things about the 'all lines' aspect of a challenge.

The starting station may have to work around me: I am booked to work that day but could be finishing around the start time. Will advise ASAP :)

Ah, I am not available this day as it stands. Got an evening meal planned which starts at 18:30. Unless this changes, or I could guarantee to get at the latest the 17:43 Virgin service from Euston (5 hour time limit after a 12:30 start means this could be tight). If a non-participant sees the stations and informs me that the challenge should be over well in time, I may try to attend. Of course, starting the challenge earlier would also help, but don't base this purely around me!

The only objection i have is to make a decision to between either Clapham J and H&i before the day actually happens as if i had to switch between the 2 i could get a lunch in just before start at H&I.

Well, there's good news and bad news. The meal has been moved, but it turns out that all the prep for the Christmas service at church is on that day. I'm likely to be involved. If I'm not, any time is good, but the chances of not being involved are very slim.
