Okay, you can't ever put "have" after "had".

You probably meant "If we would have done" (which gives the popular spoken form "If we'd've done") but that's wrong too. It's simply "If we had done." You can hardly ever put "would" in an "if..." statement.

In a conditional sentence, you have two clauses - the main clause and the subordinate clause. The subordinate clause normally starts with "if...". The main clause is the other one. The word "would" cannot appear in the subordinate clause apart from in a few rare constructions.

The general form of a conditional sentence is:

"If ... , then ... would ... ."
