I second that as we have probably left it long enough since the last visit with "Dartboardgate"snudge27 wrote:Can I, completely selfishly, request The Rising Sun?
It'd just mean I get more time for drinking and darts before having to get on a rail replacement bus full of drunks!

If anyone is stuck for entertainment later in the evening and feels like seeing a band, my band are playing at The World's End in Finsbury Park that evening!

Re: R15 Championship 2012/13: Round 2
Would I be right in saying that this is the only possible station used for an R15 where everyone will be leaving on the same train in the same direction at the same time (unless somebody wanted to take time planning and get the next service out of Ken Oly )
That being the case could we start watches / open envelopes when the doors close?
I don't think there is a rule that specifices exactly where this has to take place?

That sounds good to me, then there will be more pressure to quickly decide on a route before we reach Earl's Court.

Guessing the 1253 might be the one to go for then as we normally start around 1230-1300?

Listen up, it is me as sub-BERC again, here is the timetable for round 2 of the 2012/13 Random 15 Championship.
Starting station: Ken. Olympia (KPA)
Start time: Departure on the 1253 D stock (please be here by 1245-1250 to get the list of stations). The stopwatch and envelope opening will be done on the train, when the doors firmly close for departure (as per usual GWR rules).
Post challenge darts: The Rising Sun, Smithfield (near Barbican).
Hope all the clear as water...

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

To get to KO on time people need to be on one of the following trains
1240 from Earl's Court (arr 1243)
1231 from Willesden J/1238 from Shepherd's Bush (arr 1240)
1231 from Clapham J/1238 from West Brompton (arr 1241)
If you miss those you'll have to run from West Kensington
