Random 15 2011 - 2012 - Round Four - 18 February 2012

Post by hopeful traveller »

I only asked because I went and did a bloody Excel sheet on the thing!

Closed Stations are:

Temple
Blackfriars
Mansion House
Cannon Street
Monument
Tower Hill
Aldgate
Aldgate East
Whitechapel
Stepney Green
Bow Road
Bromley-by-Bow
Borough
Old Street
Angel

Current Championship standings:

1 A James 36
2 P Smyth 27
3 G Byrant 26
4 M Swaine-Grey 23
5 K Brown 21
6 Al Brown 12
= M Nunn 12
8 J Laughlin 12
9 M (Tangy) 9
10 An Brown 6
= S Cawley 6
= R G 6
13 J (Jay) 4

Championship standings are decided upon points then by number of wins, then by number of second places, then by thirds.... (assuming that this is what SD wants!).

If Andi wins on Saturday then it's very likely that the Championship will be over as he will have 48 points. P Smyth in second place will need to finish second on Saturday and win Round 5 with Andi getting 0 points.

Yes, Farringdon can be passed-through.

Kennington is not closed - the Charing Cross branch of the Northern is still running through.

For once my Dad is starting to consider me doing something but he requires a few questions to be answered by someone other than me...

1. "Where do you start?"
2. "When do you start?"

You get the idea...

That's more or less correct but don't forget that you can only count scores from a maximum of 5 out of 6 rounds, so basically you discard your worst performance and are therefore playing for a maximum of 60 points. I would say that anyone in the top 5 is still in with a realistic chance of winning with 36 points still up for grabs.

In regards to this round I won't be attending but I'm more than happy to generate the stations if nobody else wants to.
So in respect of any twist I will leave that to those who are competing to decide what twist you would prefer.
One day I shall return!

I guess we should get a n attendence list going. Also if someone could be the temporary BERC? Also Kev was it you who bought the envelopes after SD had generated the stations? Hopefull traveller Im sure once the Sub BERC has been appointed we can get a starting station and time sorted, as the starting station needs to be generated by SD (if thats ok Soupy?)

I quite like the idea of two lists? With just Zone 1 and Zone 2?

Attendence Register
