Any more word on this one yet?

Assuming Z3 gets included, closed stations will be:

Putney Bridge
East Putney
Southfields

Wimbledon
Barbican
Farringdon
East Ham
Upton Park
Plaistow
Bromley By Bow
Bow Road
Stepney Green
Whitechapel
Aldgate East

I, for one, will be attending.

I, for two, will be attending. Although the temptation is to see Surrey in the C40 final at Lords but with The Beer Baron in tow I can't really afford £50.00 :|

Damn it, ringing for a wedding that afternoon, may join you for drinks and results afterwards.
I could also do the station draw and start.

The starting station will be Oxford Circus for a 12:30 start.
The twist this round is that all stations (apart from Oxford Circus) will be in Z2/3.
Once you have departed from OC and left Z1, you will not be allowed to re-enter Z1 until the challenge is completed, therefore you will need to think very carefully about the 2nd station that you visit.
In order to avoid any arguements re-entering Z1 by tube, train or DLR will be forbidden, you may however use buses entering Z1 if you think this will benefit you.
Stations which straddle both Z1/2 are allowed to be visited (e.g. Earls Court)
Because the stations could be far spread the time limit for this challenge is extended to 4.5 5 hours. If you are unable to visit all 15 try to visit as many as possible in the 5 hour time limit.

Meeting afterwards at the Rising Sun near Barbican

Shoreditch High Street being in zone 1 will be very annoying for this challenge.

And what with the District / H & C out that way as well, I can't see anyone visiting 15 stations is they are well spread... :?

I think prior to announcing any results that the BERC will have to carefully clarify all routes taken...

I'm now thinking up "nightmare" scenario routes.

No prizes for guessing what I think will be the worst station that could come out of the hat.

South Wimbledon would be a pain, with the Wimbledon branch down.

Sorry guys, will have to miss this. I will still be going around London... just not by Tube but instead on a charter/railtour doing various routes in and around London- including some rare freight only curves and many lines that don't see loco hauled trains that often.

Interestingly- the railtour is booked to do the East Putney/Point Pleasant curve, so does this mean we will have the whole line to ourselves?

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!
