Random 15 - Round 5 - 16th April

Post by Soup Dragon »

Due to other commitments I will be unable to attend this round, so yet again we are looking for a substitute BERC. I will randomly generate the stations and hand these to Kevin to bring along on Saturday. Anyone interested in being the BERC please speak now, or forever hold your peace.

Starting Time: 12:30
Start Station: Bank
Desktop estimate: 2h07m
Meeting Point after: The Rising Sun, near Barbican.

Closed stations are:
Lancaster Gate
Queensway
Holland Park
Shepherd's Bush (Central)
White City
East Acton
North Acton

and that's it!

Pass-through only
Blackfriars
Cannon Street
Farringdon
Latimer Road

plus there is Tottenham Court Road, which I guess has to be visited by the Central line if it comes out?

Tangy to attend. Now what entrance at Bank? There are quite a few, I suggest the open space in front of the Royal Exchange in between Threadneedle Street and Cornhill.

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

No idea, wasn't with you guys when that happened as obviously I walked towards Liverpool Street as we left the Rising Sun.

Yes, that seems the best place, this would be Exit 3 or 4 from the station.

I expect so, but the BERC did say earlier when Latimer Road was open one way only (but pass-through in the other direction) that either way through would be OK. (I think we ideally need the BERC to clarify here).
