First attempt

Hello,

I've been meaning to have a go at this, and decided to have a practice Zone 1 run yesterday afternoon. I managed a rather poor 206 minutes, but I noted all the timings down to do some analyses from. I now need to work out what would be more efficient!

3h 26m thats not too bad with a poor service at the moment!
