If anyone is still standing near to the end, then can someone push em over!

Actually, I won't be able to make it there during the afternoon, as I finish work at 5pm. Some of us have to work and earn a living.

I think the whole "pub" aspect is hypothetical or wishful thinking anyway, I'll be going back to lab soon after the challenge... building a cosmic ray detector!! Seriously!

I propose that it may be expedient to wait for a Friday when everyone is available for more than 2 hours ...

Fore me, there shall be no such Friday until the one before Christmas, or two before Christmas at least.

edit: The Drain is still open on Saturdays, isn't it?

It is open on a Saturday and that would be much better day for everyone I think.

Why not indeed?

I'm for it.

Right. Stop.

We need a day when most of us are available at the same time. A Saturday is almost certainly the best day but the weekend of the 21st/22nd is causing trouble.

Anyone got any other ideas?

Can I suggest that you choose a day when the Northern Line is not suspended.

On the way to a nightclub last night, I made a little detour. Thanks to the slowest W&C Line driver I've ever come across, I managed to travel from Waterloo to Bank without holding on/falling over etc etc for the first time. Last time I attempted this I was practically thrown from one side of the car to the other!
