I'll be making my R15 debut, however I do have a good past experiences with the R15's older brother which took place at Canada Water last summer! I'll be bringing along a fellow Sheffield Uni student with me so if any other students, staff or alumni fancy making a Sheffield University team, you are more than welcome to help the cause!
(Hint, hint, that's you Hassan, as you've been all 3 at various times, correct?)
Fellow Sheffielders will of course also be allowed honorary pupillage for the day, if they so wish to help us out.
(So that's you Wanstead!)
Of course if there's anyone else with a Sheffield connection, or even a South Yorkshire one, you too are welcome to bring hopefully take an Olympic medal up to the People's Republic!
Just no Sheffield Hallam Polly riff raff. Form your own team and the black and gold will thrash you as per normally happens in Varsity encounters!
After that post really I should update the list of runners and riders for Event 5. For my own entertainment I've added my informed(?) guesses at the entrants' National Olympic Committee.
Representing New Zealand - Soup Dragon
Representing Surrey - GU
Representing East London - Tangy
The Sheffield University Select (Currently 2 team members, the more the merrier on account of hopefuls passing selection process!)
I am almost certain that darts will be busy in the H & G until the evening as there seem to be a regular Saturday crowd (Johnny's lot for those that know him).. I suggest we look there 1st but make The Angel (NOT the one in the fields) our 2nd priority

I'll come along after my football match for the post-event darts - if someone could just text or call me on the day once the venue has been decided/confirmed then I shall see you all there.

Well my Uni friend is from the East Riding (he's from just over the border out of Hull and prefers not to be associated with it!), so we just need someone with a West Yorkshire connection now for the full set. Anyhow you support Blackburn, and as I've said before, we can't be having that!!!
