Well the BERC does have a politcal background....tubeguru wrote:So it would have been possible to vote for two dates you liked and then voted against them? Maybe this is how general elections should be run.

Being a former Lib Dem cllr. (have I mentioned that before????) I think these polls are best decided using a form of PR, therefore giving 8 options and 4 votes you can have positive and negative votes for whichever dates suit. Therefore we should always arrive at the most popular date by consensus.... see I'm not such a BERC after all!
p.s. looking like 1200 start unless there are huge objections.

Re: Random 15 Championship - Round 3 - 28th November
Well close voting and I guess we can always do the usual trick that if anyone is running late we can leave the sealed envelope(s) to be picked up at/near the starting station.
John it is indeed the Cheery Beer Pub
Lastly I hope we have a good set of stations and don't have to leave the newtork too often
http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/2576?area=TW15
Heavy rain 3 - 9 degrees (well in the real Ashford)

Well if you're allowed 5 votes each then 5 people voting in all categories is 25 votes straight away surely...
