GPSes with a live internet connection do exist I suppose, but that's the point where they stop being called GPSes and start being called "mobile phones" instead
Or, to put it less flippantly... the Apple iPhone has a GPS built in, so in principle someone could write an app that would post your location to a website in real time. From a quick look through the app store, there are five zillion apps that look like they might sort of half do that, and I don't fancy trawling through them all to find one that does the whole job...
