It should really be a mixture of typical general knowledge rounds and yes a round on the tube as well.... Politics is really too much of specialist subject to devote a whole round to....

What, pray, is said date?

If it's not on the first page of this thread, or at a noticeable place in this subforum, people aren't going to find it :)

I know I couldn't be bothered to look for it...

Cheers Kev - any chance the OP or one of our hallowed moderators changing the first post for people who may be wanting said info?

Am I correct when I note that there are no station closures or other major restrictions for Z1CC on June 8th?

Looking forward to this!

Being a Friday there should be no line closeures, barring emergency work.

Well here is the relevant section of the Zone 1 2011 thread that I posted up:
Meeting Station/Point:
The meeting point is the open plaza area outside the McDonalds at Liverpool Street. For those who don't know, exit onto the National Rail concourse and take the stairs/escalator opposite platforms 2 and 3 up to street level.

I (Tangy) will be in some Tube Map related clothing to aid recognition.

This is a Central line train to "Woodford via Hainault"- sadly, not no more!

Tangy.

Nice! Today I shall be wearing Waterloo and City line socks... never to be worn on sundays. I have to be very careful about which socks I wear at weekends.
