Issue 2854 of New Scientist magazine, dated 3 March 2012, was a special issue entitled "The Deep Future: A Guide to Humanity's next 100,000 Years". Don't you think they may have been a little over-ambitious there? Even Zager and Evans only got as far as 10,000. :wink:
