Well it doesn't quite say that - it says that Earth has a 1 in 300 chance of being hit by an asteroid in 2880. Still something to be concerned about though!

The GWR 2884 Class is a class of 2-8-0 steam locomotive, developed from the 2800, built between 1938 and 1942 and withdrawn between 1962 and 1965, with nine now in preservation, one of which is still in operational condition on the Llangollen Railway.

Locomotive number 2884, the lowest-numbered member of this class, was withdrawn in 1964.
