After a quick browse around a certain newsagents who just happens to have an outlet at Mumbai Airport, you board a BA flight back to Heathrow.

The woman in front of you is from East Kilbride, and you can't help but notice her rather lovely hair-do.

You've already visited East Croydon Station's WHSmith earlier in the Journey, so you don't need to do so again. Instead, you get on a Southern service to Brighton station, and visit its branch instead.

Go through every step you have gone through so far since scrxisi's deleted post "8-car FCC service to Brighton" from Farringdon AGAIN (including the repeat of R15 Round 4 and the adventures through Ghana) up to this point. Then go on a Southern service to Appledore.

Walk to the Black Lion pub in Appledore, and celebrate your birthday with a delicious meal.

Oops! Of course, the flight landed at Terminal 5, so if I can just insert a journey on the N9 between these posts, because that's more exciting than the Piccadilly Line or Heathrow Express...

You spend the night in the Black Lion. Over the next day, you head around Appledore. You try the organ in St Peter and St Paul Church, Appledore - but the tiny 2 manual organ cannot tolerate Boellmann's Toccata and dies on you. You then go up to Scotland and Bates' Coach Hire, and hire a coach from a man with round glasses and very little hair that you think you might have seen in a BBC drama in early January. You get into this coach and drive to...

This journey gets more and more like my real life as the days go by...

Ah, not 'Scotland'; that's part of the name of the company. Silly me. Now then, so your coach drives from Appledore to...
...Canterbury Cathedral. At least the organ there should cope with Boellmann's Toccata.

Unfortunately, you are locked in at night, so you extricate the 32' Contra Posaune low C# (you have to leave the C, even you, the one who spray-painted an Optare Olympus pink, broke out of Aldwych station and smashed a piano on the Thameslink platforms at Blackfriars, can't be that cruel - besides, it's just too heavy) and use it as a battering ram to escape.

Please note that you will be carrying around a slightly less than 32 foot organ pipe for ten forum posts.

... and sneak stealthily inside the night entrance, cross over the bridge onto Platform 2. There, you wait for a freight train towards Dover Priory. One arrives at 3 minutes past midnight, and you board it. The train stops at Ramsgate, but the fierce wind whips through the organ pipe and the driver, spooked, accelerates the train sharply. You and your organ pipe drop onto Platform 1 of Ramsgate Station.

... you blow into the pipe again. A passing ship captain gets really jumpy. Then you head up onto the Western Esplanade, where you attempt to blend into the surroundings as a piece of modern art.

Another gust of wind off the sea; your C# sounds again, and at great volume. A passer-by asks what on earth you had for breakfast.

You realise you haven't had breakfast, so you and your Contra Posaune C# head up to the Band Stand Kiosk for a Bandstand Breakfast Extravaganza.

Perfect. Only £13 - breakfast for two. One for you, one for your C# Posaune. Nicely replete, you stroll slowly to the bus stop the other side of the green, and catch a number 38 to Manston. (Now, isn't there an airport around here somewhere...? What do you mean, "it closed earlier this year!"?)
